In order to differentiate in a crowded space, Fluz began adding new products and features to its cashback offering. Fluz parties are one recent addition. These virtual in-app parties are kind of like a flash sale but way more fun. That’s because it’s a group effort. The more people who show up, the bigger the cashback rate. As the UX copywriter on this project, I was responsible for ensuring all the copy was clear, concise, and on-brand. I worked alongside the engineering and communications teams from start to finish.
